Noble Food Makeover

Once again Nobility is found in the choices that we make, I believe that if all people have equal education and access to healthy foods they themselves can take their health back. I am now working all over the city to share my knowledge of food & teaching EVERYONE to prepare meals that heal. Please contact me as I am available to cook any where I am needed.

Noble Food Makeover – The deep south to the west coast- Nashville & Malibu!

October 5, 2011

I’ve got big old news y’all!

Real FOOD Cooking!

The Noble Food Makeover is happening in two cities Nashville, TN & Malibu, CA – yep that’s right we are now connected via the dinner table, years ago the divide of what we ate was due to economic issues, now a days the divide is education – it’s not just that we don’t KNOW how to cook real foods it’s that we don’t know how to eat.  There are so many quick fix diets,  so we have become a society that views food from a place of vanity – how will it make me look, The Noble Food Makeover is about eating foods based on how they make me FEEL.

Yep, that’s right I’m heading home to teach another round of real food cooking.  The Noble Food Makeover is a series of classes that teach “Meals That Heal”.  Starting with the basic, foundation foods and building from there, you will learn how to cook using all fresh foods – grains, beans, sea veggies & vegetables – with NO processed ingredients.  Long ago our ancestors KNEW what to do with foods and herbs when the body was in need of support, and now you can too.

To celebrate the season, I will be cooking kid-friendly fall foods that support the immune system – Creamy Miso Butternut Squash Apple Ginger Carrot Soup, Millet Mash with Kuzu Gravy, and Black Bean Croquettes.  Then we will all get to sit down and share the meal! YUM!

*I will also be on the morning show in Nashville, so check back for time & date!

Our Nobility is in who we choose to become, starting in our Kitchen….

YOU MUST RSVP as there is a limited amount of space.

The Noble Food Makeover hooks up with Nashville Metro School Nurses!

This past week I was honored to be invited to speak and teach the Nashville Metro City School Nurses how to make Mee Food!

I absolutely loved being with these open minded and brave women, as they are fo’sho on the battle field with the war fighting against childhood obesity.  They KNOW that our kids are in danger. As a result it was the most receptive and open minded group I’ve been invited to speak before – thanks y’all for having me and thanks for inspiring me to move forward – I appreciate all of your warmth and kindness.
